Circa 1879 Old St Patrick’s Hall in Darling St was originally built by the Catholic Church for the benefit of catholic purposes.
Purchased in 1998 the former St Patrick’s Hall has been extensively and lovingly restored by its current owners and is now presented as Darling Chapel, an Intimate Wedding Chapel & BYO Reception Venue located a short 35min drive from Brisbane CBD.
Darling St Chapel provides a unique wedding experience with its combined Wedding Chapel and Reception experience. Watch as experienced staff transform your intimate Wedding Chapel into your BYO Reception Venue in under 60mins while guests relax and enjoy drinks and canapes in our courtyard area.
Whilst guests relax onsite your Bridal Party are free to have photographs in nearby parklands, surrounded by many beautiful historic architectural buildings and river settings.
